Michael Bowie, Principal
Mike Bowie is the President of Applied Technology Group, LLC, which he co-founded with Scott Walker in 1996. Mike is a CPA with over 22 years of Accounting, IT, and Finance experience. He has worked with The Boeing Company and hundreds of law firms including many of the Am Law 100 and Global 100 firms. Prior to establishing ATG, he spent several years with a Seattle-based law firm procuring and implementing a new time and billing system.
Mike has a thorough understanding of the Financial Management challenges faced by law firms of all sizes. Combined with his Accounting and IT experience, this gives him the ability to consult with law firm decision makers including CFOs, CIOs, and Firm Partners.
As ATG’s President, Mike manages all ATG company business involving Financing, Marketing, and Operations.
He has a BA/BS degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Puget Sound.
Scott Walker, Principal
Scott Walker is the Vice President of Applied Technology Group, LLC, which he co-founded with Michael Bowie in 1996. Scott, who has a degree in Business Administration Information Systems from Washington State University, has spent the last 25 years designing and developing Financial, Imaging, and Management Systems.
Scott has a wealth of experience working in and with large firms integrating workflow procedures with the best available technology. Prior to founding ATG, he designed and implemented systems for Accounting, Invoicing, and Scheduling for both the Aerospace Industry and Sustainable Materials corporations.
In his role as Vice President of ATG, Scott manages all ATG company business involving System Architecture and Site-Customization of Products, as well as the Top Tier Technical Support ATG provides to its clients.
Scott is the Principal Software Developer at Applied Technology Group, LLC.
